Very nice decor with the lights up all around. Booths were made to look like local architecture. Plenty of seating. Cold inside on a hot day and outdoor seating if you prefer, covered and uncovered. Great service. The young man that served us today at around 130pm (Sunday) was very attentive and kind. Chips were standard and not too salted, if at all - while salsas were somewhat spicy (not too spicy but too much for children probably). I prefer a refreshing salsa without a kick too if possible. I had the crispy quesadilla with steak and that was very cheesy. Steak was good, thick pieces. I got the yellow rice (a bit dry for me) and roasted corn on the side. Corn was flavorful (I love corn so it's hard to mess up). I would come back. Only thing is I wish there was a smaller dish option for a little cheaper. The quesadilla just cheese with 2 sides would've been $10 which is affordable but any added protein was additional price (steak was $7).

The food is average Mexican. I had the three enchiladas. Cheese, shredded chicken, shredded pork, with red sauce. Rice and pinto beans. Service was good for our lady server. Don't recall her name. But she did a nice job. Ambience is OK. Very casual. Booths need some cleaning or paint. How's margarita was good.

I think this is my third or second time coming here and I love this place for a Mexican food. They have really good deals that I attached as a photo. Their service is great. You get free chips with a trio of salsa as an appetizer that's complementary and all the sauces are so so good. One of them is refreshing. One of them smiled, and one of them is more spicy. I ordered the burrito with shredded pork and the red sauce on top since it is a messy your burrito you eat it with a fork and knife, but everybody is so delicious. It comes with rice and beans and a little side salad. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating is so pretty everything looks like you are transported to a Spanish island. It is clean and it is very fun inside.

Pechuga Superior is excellent. Everything we've tried is wonderful. Service is always great. Prices are very reasonable. Always our favorite when we are in town!

We try to visit this restaurant whenever we are in Florida. The homemade chips and salsa tray, are sooooo good! I had the fresh guacamole and pita-type chips this time. Squeezed a little lime on the chips and...heaven! Service was friendly and above average. Thank you!

We celebrated my brother in laws birthday here and had such great service and food! All meals were perfectly cooked to order for all 8 of us. I wish I could remember our server's name but she was outstanding with keeping up on our drinks and chips/salsa. The fried ice cream is always the best part but no picture of that. If you're looking for great Mexican food and nice clean family friendly place (with margaritas ), this is it.

Iguana Mia is a solid option for Mexican food in the area. Is it the best Mexican food I've ever had? No. But is it very solid? Yes. The portion sizes are huge, especially when it comes to their margaritas. I got the large portion of the chicken and shrimp fajitas and it was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the trio of salsas brought for the table. The best part about this place is their cash discounts. On Wednesdays if you pay in cash you get a 30% discount which is incredible! Overall I enjoy coming here and it's a solid option for Mexican food in the area.

OK, 7 years since my last review. I gave 4 stars then, but have dined here many times during the past seven years and always very happy. First thing to note is Iguana Mia does not need any more great reviews. We went at 420 pm yesterday, a Monday, and already full. When we left at 550 pm LOTS of people waiting to get in. Why? Great food, reasonable prices, funky casual ambiance, great service. Alexis was our server. He was friendly and attentive. IM has specials most nights. Monday was $2 Margaritas! My sister had 3! I had a glass of Sangria. We started with Guacamole appetizer, very good. For dinner, had 3 combo dinner $22 and large Fajita with shrimp $36. Of course, entrees come with rice and beans. Everything delicious. If you go to eat here once, I will bet that you will return. Check it out!
